The traditional recipe only uses four ingredients, so We do.
Being milk the main ingredient, we ensure to use just fresh jersey milk. What is that means? Jersey milk is richer and it has more flavour than other milks, making our dulce de leche more creamy and tastier!
Our milk comes directly from Victorian farms.

Juanito’s dulce de leche is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, Its texture is smoother than jam and similar to a hazelnut spread - so feel free to use it like your everyday spread.

Juanito’s is a small-batch dulce de leche brand proudly made in Melbourne, Australia. Behind it is Juan, an Argentine chef with years of experience in professional kitchens and a lifelong passion for the traditional flavors of his childhood.
Yes, it’s dulce de leche — but not the overly sweet kind you might expect. Juan has developed a recipe that’s balanced, smooth, and creamy, made to be enjoyed straight from the spoon without overwhelming the palate.
