Alright, it doesn’t really matter how you want to call it. It’s all about the ingredients and how it’s been cooked.

The traditional recipe only uses four ingredients, so We do.

Being milk the main ingredient, we ensure to use just fresh jersey milk. What is that means? Jersey milk is richer and it has more flavour than other milks, making our dulce de leche more creamy and tastier!

Juanito’s dulce de leche is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, Its texture is smoother than jam and similar to a hazelnut spread - so feel free to use it like your everyday spread.
